Beautiful yoga studio tucked away in a quiet (!) part of Camden. It's surprisingly vast, has a spacious sitting area with a café and some really good classes. Friendly staff and good changing/shower facilities means I'll be coming back for more!

Attended Sarah Picton's Open Level Vinyasa class she was covering. Such a beautiful experience, loved the integration of yoga philosophy, the energising sequence and head massage and guided yoga nidra at the end. She makes such an effort with themes and gave us each these hand-drawn yoga nidra visualization cards to take home.
The studio is spacious and calming and really friendly front of house too.

Great place! True yoga studio where yoga is yoga, not some random fusion to please modern demand )) Deep, breath work focused, true spiritual practice

The reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Gemma especially helped me out, when I had lost my necklace she stayed even after closing to make sure it was returned to me. Plus the yoga class was incredible, if you are looking to improve your ashtanga yoga practice!

This place is an oasis of peace in the midst of chaotic Candem. You step into a different world, full of calm and great spacious rooms to practice.

I just finished my first ReformerCore Pilates workshop with Dunya, and I absolutely loved it! As a beginner, I appreciated how clearly she explained every exercise. She made me feel incredibly safe while still encouraging me to challenge myself. The pace of the class was spot on. Dunya was amazing, and I will definitely be back for more!

Frequently asked questions

  • I'm new — which class should I start with?

Any class marked Level 1 or Open is beginner-friendly. You can also filter our class styles by the “Beginner-friendly” tag to see every option that suits a first-timer — or, for a structured start, our 4–6 week beginners’ yoga or Pilates courses build confidence and technique from week one.

  • What yoga styles do you offer?

30+ styles across the week — from hot + warm (far-infrared heated), Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Rocket to Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra — plus meditation, sound healing and gong baths. Browse them all on our class styles page.

  • Can I practise online as well as in the studio?

Yes — many studio classes are livestreamed, so you can practise from home wherever you are. See the livestream timetable for this week’s schedule.

  • Do you provide mats and props?

Yes — mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are complimentary in every class. Just bring yourself (and water for the heated classes).

  • How do booking and cancellations work?

Classes can be booked up to 8 days in advance, and up to 30 minutes before the class starts. All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy: cancel at least 12 hours before the start time and your class credit is returned to your account automatically. Cancel within 12 hours — or miss the class — and the credit isn’t returned and can’t be refunded. On an Unlimited Membership, late cancellations and no-shows are each charged at £10. Private 1:1 and small-group sessions need 24 hours’ notice — cancel by calling or emailing your studio. You can cancel class bookings in a couple of taps in the app or from your account.

  • Can I attend classes during pregnancy?

We recommend not practising yoga or Pilates in your first trimester. From your second trimester onwards you’re very welcome — our pre- and postnatal schedule takes you right through to mummy + me classes.

  • Where are your London studios?

Triyoga has four studios — Camden, Chelsea, Ealing and Shoreditch — plus a full livestream schedule you can join from anywhere.
