Lisa Sanfilippo is one of triyoga’s
long-established, well-loved teachers. In more than 12 years as a
teacher and nearly 20 as a practitioner she has studied with
Tantric philosophers and body-workers, and been trained and
mentored by some of the world’s best yoga teachers including Sianna
Sherman and Anodea Judith. She is currently completing training as
