Cultivate a daily practice whilst exploring the ways that Ayurveda
– the ancient Indian healing system which works hand in hand with
yoga to balance our inner elements of earth, fire, water, air and
ether – can bring greater health and well-being to our life.

The 30 day challenge is for everyone, from those new to yoga to
experienced practitioners, and includes:

already on an unlimited pass or have a class pass, you can freeze
these for the month of November to make the most of the additional

The 30 days of yoga will open with a workshop of discussion, asana
and meditation in each centre, where you will find your Ayurveda
dosha and set the intention for the month ahead.
The 30 days will end with a second workshop where your group will
meet again to reflect upon the month of practice and

As you will discover, different yoga practices compliment different
doshas. The 30 Days of Yoga is a perfect opportunity to explore
different styles of yoga. If you normally have a dynamic practice
we recommend trying restorative yoga and encourage everyone to try
a meditation class at least once per week. As healthy alignment is
mandatory for a lifelong practice, we also recommend trying Iyengar
or Scaravelli. And to connect to your core try a Pilates mat class.

Ayurveda for health + well-being
Ayurveda is a traditional healing system of Indian culture that
works in a highly complementary way with yoga. Ayurveda is a
Sanskrit word which translates as the wisdom of life. Within the
microcosm and wonderment of our body we replicate the most
fundamental elemental components of this planet - earth, water,
fire, air and ether. These elements and their interplay affect our
energetic, mental and emotional states of being.
Focusing on these 5 elements we will explore the four doshas:
– Kapha (comprised of water and earth)
– Vata (comprised of air and ether)

wellbeing, and overall balance in life. Through yoga asana,
breathing practices, diet and self-care, we will be sharing the
ways in which this ancient healing practice can be brought into our

yoga, mindful practice and improved daily habits.

The seminar is experiential and exploratory with lecture,
experiential learning and yoga practice. You will use a variety of
tools and also brainstorm ways to bring yoga, breath work, and new
