from social pressures?

- How can yoga create more honest and positive relationships
inside and out of the classroom?
- What are the unseen and important dynamics between people
in the classroom + individual lessons?
- As a yogi or teacher how can you have integrity and give
generously at the same time?
- What happens when we bring yoga philosophy into a yoga
class or our personal practice… does it create a ‘spiritual bypass’
or offer something of transformative value?
A third of
the day will be devoted to each:
- Asana + physical / breath/ meditative practices in
both morning and afternoon
- Seminar – putting knowledge into practice
- Experiential exercises + grown-up conversation
