triyoga somewhere warmer to slow down and deepen your practice...

triyoga holidays have just been launched so you can practise with some of triyoga's leading teachers in a number of beautiful, peaceful destinations in southern Europe, north Africa and further afield. triyoga holidays will initially be for seven nights with at least two yoga classes every day. Massage and other treatments will also be available. All our venues have swimming pools, are intimate in size, comfortable, peaceful and inspiring. Food will be delicious and healthy without being preachy!
