The Liquid Stretch
method works from the outside in and the inside out. The method includes breath work, deep tissue Chavutti massage (oil based and applied with the practitioner's feet), elements of Thai massage and Buqi energy work, meditation, postural analysis combined with remedial exercises and finally psychophysiology – emphasising how the way we hold ourselves is linked to emotional experience.

Sarah from Physio remedies works on musculo-skeletal conditions involving joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, nerves and how they in turn affect normal movement. Treatment aims to identify the primary cause of the condition as well as treat the symptoms.

Jo offers Thai yoga massage tailored to the specific needs of the individual. Thai yoga massage tends to start with deeper, broader ‘warming’ techniques, allowing muscle relaxation and stimulating blood flow while Abdominal chi massage (Chi nei tsang) is an oil massage focusing on the stomach area which can help release abdominal stagnation, such as sluggish digestion, as well as helping transformation on a deeper level.

Siva’s Thai, Swedish and Deep tissue massages offer a powerful and deeply relaxing treatment. Her approach is to gently encourage and assist the body in healing itself from the stresses of modern life.
