Teenagers, perhaps more than anyone, need to ease the everyday stresses and pressures of their lives. Come and find out what all the buzz is about, why yoga is such a cool thing to be doing and learn a sequence of yoga moves. triyoga is somewhere for you to come and get in shape whilst soothing any stress with yoga. A yoga class is the perfect pause in between the hectic worlds of school, friends, boyfriends, studying and partying. This class is for teenage girls only.

Spring term starts on the week commencing 09th January. Half Term week Monday 13th February – Friday 17th February. Term ends Friday 30th March.
Summer term starts on the week commencing 16th April. Half Term week Monday 04th June – Friday 08th June. Term ends Friday 20th July.

Drop in rate of £6.50 per class at Primrose Hill and £7 per class at Chelsea.
