Teaching intensives and specialist workshops are particularly suitable for qualified yoga teachers and teacher trainees seeking to deepen their understanding of yoga or focus on a particular area of teaching yoga. triyoga attracts the world's leading teachers from the UK and abroad, who offer a broad range of trainings that contribute to triyoga's programme of continuing professional development (CPD).   

ongoing workshops

precision and subtlety in practice - a unique series of workshops taught by Anna Ashby, each limited to only 10 students. In this small group format, instruction will refine and hone the practice allowing for precision and subtelty of experience.  For experience students and teachers wishing to deepen their practice.
