The diploma training promises an amazing 24 month journey. Our 390 hour programme covers asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and physiology and includes a monthly mentoring and supervision programme to provide feedback, advice and support when you begin teaching. The course has evolved over 10 years and we believe that we offer one of the most thorough and fully accredited trainings available in the UK today. Our students graduate from the training with the confidence and ability not only to teach safely, skilfully and authentically but also with an invaluable network of peers, mentors and teachers. triyoga teacher training is right at the heart of the triyoga community.

We recognise, however, that the time and financial commitment required to complete a two year training may make it an inaccessible dream for some. That is why we are delighted to be able to host shorter, more intensive initial teacher trainings, led by exceptional, international teachers:

teaching intensives
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and specialist workshops are particularly suitable for qualified yoga teachers and teacher trainees seeking to deepen their understanding of yoga or focus on a particular area of teaching yoga. We offer a yearly programme of courses, including postnatal, pregnancy, teaching yoga to children, teaching one-to-one, vinyasa, ashtanga vinyasa, restorative and triyoga hot.
