level 1 teacher training
The level 1 teacher training (BWY and Yoga Alliance Accredited) promises an amazing 18 month journey (spread over monthly teaching sessions). You will study hard, practise deeply, laugh a lot and cultivate friendships with your teachers and fellow students. The course is comprehensive and broad, bringing together the UK's best teachers from a number of different lineages. Students benefit from substantial discounts on triyoga's weekly classes. As the course progresses, trainees are given the ability to observe and assist in many of these classes.
