There is no parking at triyoga centres.
At Primrose Hill, parking restrictions apply Monday to Friday 0830 to 18.30h. There is Pay + Display in the immediate vicinity with bays for up to 4 hours. Please note that traffic wardens are efficient + in good supply.
For Soho + Covent Garden, parking is more difficult + expensive. There are car parks near both centres. Go to Parkopedia for up to date car park information + prices in Soho + Covent Garden

What is the best way for me to pay?
Depending on how often you want to practice, you can: pay as you go; reduce price per class by purchasing a ‘class pass’ (groups of, 5, 10, 20 or 50 classes); further reduce price per class + buy monthly unlimited cards.
Concessions and reduced rates
You can save up to 40% by choosing the right way to pay (as outlined above). Students & seniors can get 20% off single classes and multi-class passes (off-peak usage only). We offer a Community Class, at 50% off regular rates, every weekday, Monday to Friday.

Some people wear baggy, loose fitting bottoms + a t shirt. Other people wear tight, stretchy leggings + tops. The only thing that matters is that you wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move + stretch in. It's good to have clothes that keep you cool when you are active in yoga, but to bring a jumper for relaxation, when the body rapidly cools down. Some people also bring socks for the relaxation phase. In dynamic + ashtanga classes you will get sweaty + some people like to bring a small towel to class.

We provide all the equipment, including mats, you need for our classes at all triyoga centres. We regularly clean our mats. We do recommend that at some point you purchase a mat – most people like to have their own mat they get used to practising on. We have several excellent mats available in the triyoga shop .

Ideally, we recommend that you arrive a few minutes before your class. Up to 5 minutes late is okay. Beyond this, you will need to check with the teacher. If you're pregnant or coming to a baby class, anytime is fine.

When it comes to food and digestion, each individual is different + needs to find out what works for them. In general we do not recommend a eating a large meal within 2 hours of a class - if you must eat within 2 hours of a class then a light meal or snack that it easily digested is best. A juice from the café can be a good way to absorb something light and energising before practising.

All students need to take a ticket into class which is given to the teacher, this is given to you when you pay at front desk. We have two self-check ins at front desk. Class pass students or unlimited card users can go straight to the self check in screen, check in, + print out the ticket.
