Jonathan should really keep his background murky, having been a west end lawyer for twenty years. After leaving private practice, he was involved with the set up of Yo!Sushi and Protocol, a multi media talent agency. He decided the best thing to do was to do something he loved and set up triyoga in 1999. There was some method in his madness as he had started practising yoga in 1985 with his first asana teacher, John Stirk. In 1986 he met his meditation teacher Gurumayi Chidvilasananda with whom he still studies with today.

Rachel joined triyoga as Centre Manager in 2007 and is now the Operations Manager. After a degree in International Marketing and French, she worked in the retail industry as a merchandiser. After nine years, she realised that she wanted a different challenge. She is now responsible for triyoga operational activities and Front of House and is committed to delivering excellent client experience.

Paul started off his career as an accountant and later moved into the world of corporate finance. In this role he worked on a variety of transactions, including the MBOs of Kurt Geiger and The Groucho Club. Paul left the corporate advisory world behind in 2008 looking to pursue a more hands-on role working with exciting companies that he shared a passion with. After some time abroad Paul returned to London and worked closely with two prominent social enterprises – Women Like Us and Red Ochre. Paul joined triyoga in October 2010. As a qualified CTI coach and Sivananda yoga teacher he brings both his business experience and passion for growth to triyoga.

He moved to London after completing a degree in Accounting and Financial Management in New York where he spent five years working for an independent movie exhibitor operating 4 movie theatre houses. He is currently pursuing his ACCA certification.
