how to enjoy your time at triyoga the most

The triyoga experience is more than just the Pilates class; you're part of a community. We would like you to enjoy and get the most out of every experience. We have a space for eating, drinking, sparking up a conversation or you can sit quietly + read. Come as early as you want to soak up the relaxing atmosphere. At Primrose Hill we also have a café serving delicious organic food, fresh juices, coffees + snacks This is your time + place.   

general tips for pilates

  • For your first class or the start of a course we suggest that you arrive at least ten minutes before the start time
  • We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing
  • Try not to attend practice with a full stomach even if it is from our café (it takes 1 hour to digest a snack + 3 hours for a full meal)
  • All of our centres have changing areas + showers (you can hire towels at reception)
  • triyoga is a mobile + shoe free zone
  • triyoga Primrose Hill has a crèche
  • triyoga Primrose Hill + Soho has a shop selling all Pilates related products and organic beauty products 

information + tips for equipment classes

  • Pilates Equipment sessions are by appointment only, you can request appointment online or through reception (call 0207 483 3344) 
  • Clean socks or bare feet at all times please
  • Please be on time for your appointments as it is not always possible to extend your session beyond the designated time                                
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations
  • It would be greatly appreciated, if you have to cancel an appointment, that you give us as much notice as possible so we can give your session to another client
  • We are unable to give refunds

information + tips for mat classes

  • Pilates mats + equipment are provided, but you may wish to buy your own from triyoga's shop
  • All payments for classes are accepted by triyoga on behalf of the teacher conducting the class
  • Mat classes are drop-in so there is no need to pre-book
  • Beginners courses + other courses must be pre-booked which you can do online or by calling 0207 483 3344
