In general we do not recommend a eating a large meal within 2 hours of a class if must eat within 2 hours of a class then a light meal or snack that it easily digested is best. Each individual is unique find out what works for you. Generally we recommend that you don’t eat anything heavy for at least 30 minutes after a class. The best way to start is with a beginners yoga course. If you are not able to commit to a beginners yoga course then you can simply join a Yoga Level 1 class they are all designed to be accessible to complete beginners. We recommend you come 15 minutes early to sign in and meet the teacher before the class. |
