The menu includes delicious and healthy soups, curries, stews and salads, raw vegan sushi and platters, whilst the juices range from refreshing smoothies to energising wheatgrass blends. Pre-order your food and juices before class, come to eat in the tranquil café, or order food to go. The menu caters for all tastes and diets, so there's something for everyone; be you vegetarian, vegan, raw-food, gluten-free, or simply ravenous.

Like bringing the best ingredients to create a great meal we are delighted to partner with The Retreat Cafe at triyoga soho. Here at Retreat Café we believe in wholesome nourishment. Food that promotes health without a whiff of rabbit food. Our products are virtuous in every sense of the word. Healthy never tasted so good!

All of our products are home-made and carefully formulated by our very own qualified Naturopath, chef and founder, Kimberly Parsons. Nutritionally balanced and freshly made each day, our products are bursting with nutrients and truly healthy in every sense.

Absolutely everything on our menu is gluten free, refined sugar free & tastes great!

In keeping with our yogic faith we have also strode to create a beautiful, warm welcoming environment which you can come and take temporary refuge with us from the usual ruthless hustle of this great city we live in. A real retreat in every sense!
