If you’ve ever felt less than your full, vital, healthy self;
controlled by your fears and worries; unable to find peace in your
heart and mind; stressed and disconnected from your life and who
you truly feel you are, then come and start practising yoga with
Jane. She’ll teach you the fundamentals of yoga poses, breathing
well and just as importantly, she’ll share and get you to practise
ways of understanding and calming your thoughts and anxieties to a
point where you begin to excavate and see the full potential of who
you truly are. From this new place of peace, vibrant health and
understanding you can then investigate the different styles of yoga
in any of triyoga’s Open and Level One classes.
Jane Kersel is a popular teacher who bases her classes on
the loving principle that if she can support her students to be
healthy and happily sit with themselves in silence for at least 5
minutes and really come to like and love what they find there,
including the positive and the shadow, and eventually learn to see
their judgments as their greatest teacher and friend, then she’s
done a good job. She has studied for over 25 years with many of the
world’s leading teachers in consciousness work including
psychology, yoga, meditation and naturopathy. Each year she studies
with her consciousness teachers: Hal and Sidra Stone in California.
She also works on a one-to-one basis with clients using
hypnotherapy, journeying work and yoga.
