This 2 hour session will look for a balance between initially
building heat and purifying with lots of wringing twists and
strength building work – then we will slow and cool things down
with some restorative work and a deep healing guided relaxation.
You will leave feeling cleansed purified invigorated and

start and for reenergizing and refocusing your yoga practice and
life. Come to set and maintain your positive intentions for the
year to come. Please do not eat for 2-3 hours before hand.
Jeff Phenix has been practising yoga and
meditation for over 17 years and teaches asana on triyoga’s teacher
training course. He has a seriously playful and mindful teaching
style influenced by a wide range of different yoga schools,
including the emphasis on breath and movement of Vinyasa flow; the
precision of Iyengar; the heart orientated grace of Anusara; the
individualised aspect of Viniyoga, and the traditional philosophy
