Prepare for the New Year with good intentions, feeling
inspired and focused on your well- being and more positive and
ready for the year to come.
The time between Christmas and New Year is a great opportunity to
devote time to our wellbeing during the excesses of the festive
season, as well as help bring in a more positive transformational
energy – setting our intentions and reviewing the direction to our
lives as we move into the new year.
Experience how amazing you can feel and how deep you can go into
your practice with a retreat style schedule of two long and
nourishing yoga sessions; the morning session will be dynamic and
energising, whilst the afternoon will consist of a more soothing
and restoring practice.
Jeff trains yoga teachers so be open to practicing in a seriously
playful way - exploring how to find the right balance between doing
and not doing, of effort and surrender.
Students from the more novice to the more experienced will find an
extra depth to their practice – working peacefully at the level
appropriate to them. So even when we look at more challenging
practices like core work, arm balances or inversions there are
always simpler, more gentle variations appropriate to the
individual, or even the option to rest! We will be looking at a
full range of yoga practices and techniques, from asana to
pranayama and meditation.
Open to all levels except complete beginners.
