ADVANCE YOUR PRACTICE. FIND YOUR PURPOSE. SHARE YOUR
Becoming an advanced teacher isn’t just about teaching and
practicing hard postures. It’s about committing to asana,
pranayama, meditation and self-reflection so that you know who you
are and feel empowered sharing your voice. Becoming an advanced
teacher isn’t just about memorizing more technique and anatomy.
It’s about going so deeply into your studies that you understand
the underlying rationale for the techniques. It’s about the ability
to see and understand your students’ bodies so you can modify the
techniques to help the individuals in your class. Becoming an
advanced teacher isn’t about complicated sequences or esoteric
instructions. It’s about creating meaningful, purposeful sequences
that help your students find greater balance in their body and
mind. It’s about finding a language that’s accessible and powerful
so that your teaching makes an impact in your students’
This 500-hr Certificate Program will provide you with an

that is true to you. It’s designed for students of every lineage
who want more depth, skill and inspiration in their practice and
teaching. This program is only available to participants who have

and Sports Medicine Dr. Paul Roache.
About the Three Modules (100 hours each)
Each 2-week module goes beyond the basics and provides you with
expert-level depth in the area of study. The modules contain
practical anatomy, asana technique, injury management and relevant
philosophical inquiry. As a practitioner, you’ll explore more
challenging postures, commit to seated meditation and cultivate
more refinement in your practice. As a teacher, you will learn to
develop sequences that create greater balance in each region, help
students manage their injuries, and instruct your students in
clear, accessible language. Each 2-week module will provide you
with a full immersion in practice and study. The space between the
modules will allow you to return to your daily life and integrate
the new information, experience, and inspiration. You will have
homework assignments and monthly video chats with Jason between the
modules to help stay inspired and engaged.
What you can expect each day of the training
Each morning is dedicated to your practice. We will begin with 15 –
30 minutes of seated meditation that will allow you to settle in to
your practice and bear witness to whatever is present for you. The
seated practice is followed by a strong, intelligently sequenced
vinyasa practice that will allow you to experience your physical
edge and grow as a practitioner. You’ll simultaneously deepen your
practice by working on advanced postures and their modifications,
and enhance your teaching by assisting and adjusting your peers.
You’ll learn to work with your own body in a more skillful,
effective and efficient way in order to build depth in your
practice for years to come.
Each afternoon is dedicated to becoming a more knowledgeable,
skillful and insightful teacher. You will work on every aspect of
teaching, from learning greater depth in anatomy, injury
prevention, and intelligent sequencing for each region of the body
to using purposeful, impactful language when you provide
instructions. The afternoon will reflect the practice theme of the
day and you will learn to teach the experienced level classes that
you’re practicing. You will also generate sequences and teach
segments of classes to receive Jason’s direct feedback and
