open to those with at least 2 years of Vinyasa practice
My teacher Larry called this sequence the rocket because, "it gets
you there faster." Based on the first three series in the Ashtanga
system, it is fast paced and fun, with lots of flying.
The workshop will begin with some instruction and guidance on theme
and intention, but then we all get on our mats and breathe. I will
guide the class with the necessary but limited instruction, enough
for you to follow the sequences but also opportunity to experience
a bridge to self-practice.
This workshop is meant for those with an existing vinyasa practice,
who want to deepen their breath and take a step towards
what to expect:
A 10 minutes of talking, 90 minutes of asana, ending with 20 minute
guided savasana meditation.
The room will be heated and the music on as always.
