Barre classes at triyoga are suitable for all levels. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout the class to accommodate your needs. Each class is limited to 12 participants ensuring you get a high level of personal attention throughout, helping you reap the full benefits of your Barre experience.
Arrive in good time before the start of your class as you will not be allowed entry after 5 minutes of the class starting.
If you are new to triyoga we recommend allowing time to sign in and fill in a new starter form. Arriving early will also give you an opportunity to meet your teacher before the class and discuss any injuries you may be working with.
booking + cancellation
Classes will be available to book from 19th January 2015 and classes may be booked up to seven days in advance. All classes are bookable online. You can also book classes in person at any of our centres or via telephone. As there are only twelve spaces available in each class, we recommend booking in advance.
You may cancel a booking up to 3 hours before the start of the class.
We recommend starting off with two sessions per week. As fitness and flexibility develops, you can start to introduce more classes.
what to wear
Barre classes are active and energising, so you will get hot! Wear comfortable clothing which will allow you to move easily, such as leggings and a vest top. You may want to bring along a light jumper to wear during the warm down exercises at the end of the class.
You can take barre classes barefoot, or if you prefer you can wear special sticky socks designed especially for Barre - these are sold in the triyoga shop in Camden.
We always recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the class.
We have full changing room facilities at triyoga, including showers and towel rental. You can a hire a towel for £1 at reception.
